Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Viber with your order number and photos of the item.
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
- If approved, send the item back to our address. Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the item (via bank transfer or store credit).
- You can also fill out our online return request form.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Intimate wear (underwear, breast pads, nipple shields) — hygiene reasons
- Opened skincare, oils, or creams
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is not available, we will offer a full refund instead.
