1. General

By using bumpandbaby.store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Bump & Baby is a single-brand online store selling pregnancy, mom, baby, toddler, and kids products in Nepal.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or we are unable to deliver to your location. You will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and QR code payments. QR payment orders are confirmed only after we verify your payment screenshot via WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times: Kathmandu Valley 1–2 days, other districts 3–7 days. Delays due to courier or force majeure are not our responsibility, though we will do our best to resolve them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bump & Baby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu.
